Lisa Kelso is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Science in Counseling.  Throughout her education she focused on the intersection of law enforcement and psychology.  Once she obtained her clinical licensure, she began working for the Clark County Department of Juvenile Justice, where she remained for just over 20 years.  Lisa worked with juveniles involved in the delinquency system, completing comprehensive assessments, representing the Clinical Division as the Court Liaison during Mental Health Court, overseeing youth placed in Residential Treatment Centers, and providing crisis intervention for detained youth.  Lisa now leads the City of Henderson’s Mobile Crisis Intervention Team, which responds to behavioral health crises in the community.  Lisa has also been teaching college level courses in the field of psychology for the past 10 years.
