Kayley Humm

Kayley Humm, MPH, is a Senior Analyst on the Social and Behavioral Health team at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO). In her role she provides technical assistance and capacity building support for recipients funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) cooperative agreement. She works with partners and recipients to improve overdose morbidity and mortality outcomes through OD2A’s overdose prevention and surveillance strategies. Kayley has over 7 years of experience working with partners at the national, state, and local level to support substance use disorder and infectious disease prevention. She received a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Epidemiology from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Science from Purdue University.
