Jostin Holmes

Jostin Holmes is an esteemed professional in addiction and behavioral health. Since his appointment as the Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Policies Manager at the West Virginia Office of Drug Control Policy in February 2022, Jostin has played a pivotal role in shaping the state's approach to addiction treatment and recovery. He brings a wealth of experience to his current role, having worked as a substance abuse therapist, inpatient treatment supervisor, and outpatient services director for recovery residences in West Virginia. Jostin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and he is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

In recognition of his expertise and dedication to the field, Jostin had the privilege of presenting at the NADAAC Conference in Denver, Colorado, in October 2023 on peer support models with law enforcement. His ongoing commitment to improving addiction and behavioral health services makes him an inspiring figure in the field.
