Emma Driscoll
MS, CHES

Emma Driscoll is the Public Health Analyst in Virginia for the Overdose Response Strategy (ORS) program with the CDC Foundation and Washington / Baltimore HIDTA. Through her work around Virginia at the intersection of public health and public safety, she supports communities in reducing overdoses. Emma first entered the field working in substance use disorder treatment. Prior to the ORS, her work was on research and coalition building to address Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). She has been a trainer for Virginia's Opioid Overdose and Naloxone Education program, REVIVE!, since March 2021, and a master trainer since November 2022. In addition to her education in substance use disorder counseling, she has a MS in Public Health Education and Promotion from Marymount University. She is also a Certiied Health Education Specialist (CHES®).
