Elana Deuble is a dedicated and highly skilled professional with a strong background in clinical training and program management. With a passion for enhancing the skills of mental health professionals, Elana has a proven track record of designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure high-quality care and improved patient outcomes.

Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Training at Community Medical Services, Elana is responsible for tracking and ensuring the delivery of clinical training programs with fidelity. She collaborates closely with department heads and executive leadership to identify training needs and goals, and coordinates with external partners and vendors to bring in specialized training resources when needed, including Recovery Connect by Bright Therapeutics. Elana's expertise in developing and overseeing the implementation of training programs for counselors and other clinical staff members has contributed to the professional growth and competence of numerous mental health professionals. She has successfully developed and executed comprehensive onboarding training for newly hired clinic staff, fostering workplace confidence and minimizing turnover. Additionally, Elana has played a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by overseeing Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training sessions for all clinic
staff, focusing on nonviolent de-escalation techniques.
