I have been regionally in prevention work in Kentucky for over 20 years at both the state and county levels. Starting first as a Case Manager for Community Care Mental Health, working with children in foster care, young adults in need and detainees with Substance Use Disorder. I Briefly worked as a Health Facility Administrator and as a supervisor in regulations for the Office of Inspector General. In 2015 I moved to the Department of Public Health as the Pediatric Section Supervisor and later as the State Suicide Prevention Coordinator. I have also worked with Non Profits that coordinated care for communities in Northern KY as well as being Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce. Currentl, I am the Program Director for the Carroll County Prevention Coalition in which I developed and teach school-based drug prevention curricula for youth, staff, and parents. I am a DOC Court approved provider of MRT and work with the Incarcerated population upon need or request. .
