Erica Cleckler

Dr. Cleckler is a Clinical Pharmacist and Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization, based in Birmingham, Alabama. She brings more than 12 years of clinical experience as a Mental Health Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, with practice spanning both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Cleckler earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University and completed a postgraduate residency at the Birmingham VA Medical Center. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy and has extensive expertise in the management of complex psychiatric conditions.
Throughout her career, Dr. Cleckler has served as a visiting professor and guest lecturer for university programs, including nurse practitioner and physician assistant training programs. Her professional interests include psychopharmacology, suicide prevention, and advancing disease state education to improve patient outcomes.
