Patrick Harding specializes in building technology-enabled psychiatric practices, helping clinicians choose and implement systems that scale without compromising clinical quality or compliance. He is the Product Owner for ClinHQ and Practice Manager and co-founder of Mood Institute, a multi-location interventional psychiatry practice he helped grow from concept to a high-volume operation performing more than 2,500 procedures annually.
Patrick leads the design and integration of Mood Institute’s end-to-end technology stack, including intake and CRM workflows, EHR and revenue cycle management platforms, financial and payroll systems, clinical workflow applications, and AI-enabled virtual agents. He is also the Product Owner for ClinHQ, a platform designed to help clinics run complex, time-sensitive care efficiently by coordinating procedures, staff, medications, and supplies.
In addition to private practice leadership, Patrick brings experience consulting on large-scale systems implementations for federal health agencies and enterprise organizations. This background informs a pragmatic, operator-driven approach to technology adoption that emphasizes workflow fit, compliance, cost control, and scalability.
Patrick regularly advises clinicians on building practical, sustainable technology foundations to support growth at every stage of private practice.
