Founded in 2007, ABISA is an independent healthcare consultancy specializing in transactions, healthcare strategy, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives. The company’s client list includes physician groups, hospital systems, venture capitalists, private equity investment groups, and physician entrepreneurs.

Nick has extensive knowledge on matters surrounding mergers & acquistions, partnerships and strategy. He has a long history of working with private practice physicians. Nick has over 20 years of leadership and operations experience. He is Board Certified in Healthcare Management and has been named a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
