Hayden Stewart

Dr. Hayden Stewart is a board-certified psychiatric pharmacist and a Medical Science Liaision currently located in the Houston, Texas area. Dr. Stewart attended the University of Texas at Dallas for her pharmacy pre-requisites and went on to attend pharmacy school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where she graduated as the salutatorian and recieved the Bowl of Hygieia Honor in recognition of her leadership, ethics and dedication to the profession. Dr. Stewart went on to complete her post-graduate training at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center including a PGY1 program in clinical pharmacy and a PGY2 program in psychiatric pharmacy. Dr. Stewart continued serving veterans as an inpatient psychiatric clinical pharmacist practitioner at MEDVAMC until she transitioned into the MSL role with Biogen in 2021. Dr. Stewart has since then been serving patients in the mental health space indirectly through efforts at the provider level, raising awareness about mental health conditions and engaging with thought leaders across disciplines. For her, the most rewarding part of the MSL role is providing pivotal education to health care professionals and trainees in order to potentially improve patient care. In her free time, Dr. Stewart enjoys Bible study, spending time with her husband and other friends & family, baking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and cuddling with her dog, Sassy.
