Jenna Przybylowski
MD

Dr.Jenna Przybylowski completed Bachelor of Sciences degrees (BS 2017) in Agricultural Biotechnology and Psychology at the University of Kentucky and her medical training at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (MD 2021) in Bethesda, MD, where she also commissioned as an Active Duty Army Captain. She will start her fourth year of residency as chief resident psychiatrist at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Cavazos, TX, where she cares for Active Duty Service Members, dependents, and retirees.

With a particular interest in reproductive mental health, Dr.Przybylowski has developed a Women’s Health elective within her residency program fostering collaboration with the Women’s Health Clinic and integrating mental health personnel into routine obstetric care within the hospital system. Fostering this initiative she has developed and presented educational sessions within Fort Cavazos and across other military bases virtually to offer best practices to providers on prescribing psychotropics during pregnancy and postpartum. With an additional interest in psychotherapies, she has completed advanced training in CBT, CPT, PE, and ACT.

Within her Army Career, she has completed AMEDD Direct Commission Course, Basic Officer Leadership Course, and Operation Bushmaster. She is certified in Army Level One Combatives and has received the Humanitarian Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. She was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for her commitment to humanism in medicine.

In her personal life, Dr.Przybylowski finds balance through spending time with her husband, two children, and two horses.
