John Love is the Vice President of Amazon Pharmacy, joining Amazon Health Services in January 2022. He is responsible for the customer experience, clinical operations, facilities, business development, product and technology for Pharmacy Services. John joined Amazon in 2006, and has held a variety of category leader roles, responsible for teams and P&Ls in Music, Mobile Electronics, Video Games and Software . In 2015, he took a new charter with the launch of Alexa, establishing technical teams in Israel, creating Amazon’s Choice, and building out the teams that would become Amazon and Alexa’s AI Shopping capabilities.

John holds a Bachelor in Science from University of Washington Foster School of Business.
