How Can We Help?

Beware of hotel reservations scams
Reservation Guarantee Policy

Beware-of-hotel-reservations-scams

    • What if I am contacted by someone offering lower rates or urging me to book immediately?

You may receive solicitations from individuals or agencies appearing to offer guest room reservations (often at reduced rates) on behalf of HMP Global, DCLF, or the host hotel(s).

Please be aware that HMP Global, DCLF, and/or the hotel have NOT authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear authentic and may offer lower rates; however, they are often illegitimate.

Please be aware of, and report, any unauthorized solicitation to shewitt@hmpglobal.com

Reservation-Guarantee-Policy
