Jennifer Mazur is the General Manager of U.S. LillyDirect and Senior Vice President of the Lilly USA Consumer Hub at Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, she leads Lilly’s direct-to-consumer healthcare platform and broader efforts to improve how patients access care and engage with their health. Jennifer joined Lilly in 2007 and has held leadership roles across patient services, reimbursement and access, HCP and payer marketing, and commercial operations. 

Jennifer was named General Manager of U.S. LillyDirect in 2024 and expanded her responsibilities to include the Lilly USA Consumer Hub in early 2025. In her prior role as Vice President and Head of Lilly Patient Services, she oversaw a cross-functional organization spanning the U.S., Ireland, and vendor partners to deliver strategy and operations for patient support programs and medical information services. Her work focused on helping patients start and stay on the medicines they need, with an emphasis on quality, innovation, and real-world impact. 

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
