Lisa Thompson Smith, RPh, (formerly Lisa Thompson Harrison) currently serves as SVP and President of Specialty Distribution and Solutions at Cencora, where she leads the Besse Medical, Oncology Supply, IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions, payer strategy, and specialty solutions and services teams. In this role she is revolutionizing processes and sales models to empower specialty physician practices to deliver quality patient care today and prepare for the challenges of tomorrow.

Prior to this role, Lisa was President of Specialty Distribution at Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen). She has also served as President and General Manager of Oncology Supply and Vice President, Practice Business Solutions for Specialty Physician Services, where she oversaw solutions that enhanced business performance for community practices and empowered patient care. Lisa also led the Clinical Practice Consultant team as Director of Pharmacy Services for the nation’s leading oncology group purchasing organization, ION. In this role, she and the Clinical Practice Consultant team supported the development and growth of medically integrated dispensing across the network for specialty providers. Lisa led the Specialty Oncology Network advisory panel for the organization, which included panel members of Pharmacy Directors, Physicians and Administrators.

Lisa currently sits on the Board of Directors for Integra Connect and is a Co-Chair for the Association of Value Based Cancer Care (AVBCC). She’s a passionate advocate for practices and providers. Lisa brings over two decades of experience in the industry, many of the formative years being spent in a large oncology practice and other provider focused roles. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and business from Judson College followed by a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from Auburn University.
