Jennifer Mason

Jennifer Mason is Chief Operating Officer of Community Medical Services (CMS), a PE-backed, multi-state provider of medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. A nurse by training, Jennifer has been with CMS since 2015, building the company's nursing, medical provider, and overall operating system from the ground up before advancing to COO. Under her operational leadership, CMS scaled from 6 clinics to more than 85 across 13 states. She has supported two private equity transactions, including a 2021 exit for CMS's initial sponsor. Jennifer brings a rare combination of clinical grounding and operational rigor to the room — she has sat at the bedside and in the boardroom and speaks the language of both. That dual fluency shapes how she translates clinical quality into investable growth, and investment pressure into sustainable patient care.

Arthur Palochak is President of All Points North, where he leads strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation across one of the nation's premier providers of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. With more than a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare leadership, Arthur has built a career focused on expanding access to high-quality care while fostering exceptional client and team experiences.

Prior to joining All Points North, Arthur served as Chief Operating Officer at Fort Behavioral Health and held executive leadership positions in business development, marketing, and referral relations for behavioral health organizations throughout Texas and New Mexico. His broad experience across clinical operations, organizational strategy, and business development provides a unique perspective on the evolving behavioral healthcare landscape.

Arthur is passionate about creating systems of care that empower individuals to achieve lasting recovery and improved well-being. He is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to operational excellence, and dedication to advancing innovative approaches to behavioral health treatment.

Michael Simms, LCSW, LAC, CSAT, CIFST, ADS, is the Chief Operating Officer at All Points North and a behavioral health leader whose career has been dedicated to mental health, addiction treatment, trauma recovery, and integrative care. Throughout his career, he has worked across the full continuum of care in roles including therapist, clinical director, executive director, and chief clinical officer, bringing both clinical depth and operational leadership to complex treatment environments.

Michael earned his Master of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and holds credentials in clinical social work, addictions counseling, sex addiction treatment, Internal Family Systems, Acudetox, and natural medicine facilitation in Colorado. His work is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience in recovery, which continues to inform his commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

He is especially passionate about trauma-informed treatment, innovative care models, and helping clients move beyond symptom management to achieve meaningful, lasting healing. Michael’s clinical interests include addiction recovery, trauma, process addictions, integrative approaches, and treatment models that support deeper self-understanding and sustainable change.

Nick Stavros began working in the addiction treatment field in 2013 when he joined Community Medical Services in the role of business development manager. He was promoted to CEO later that year. Previously, Stavros was an intelligence analyst and Arabic linguist in the U.S. Army and was later promoted to an infantry officer in Iraq. Upon honorably discharging from the Army, Stavros received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Stavros currently sits on the boards of the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence, Arizona State University’s Medical Advisory Board, the Office of the Arizona Governor’s Parents Commission on Drug Education & Prevention, and the Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Learning Network NCAD Advisory Board. Stavros is also the Chair of the Arizona Opioid Treatment Coalition, and he Co-Chairs the Substance Abuse Task Force for the Arizona Council of Human Service Providers and the Drug Policy Research and Advocacy Board. Community Medical Services offers opioid-treatment (OTP & OBOT) services through 73 centers across 9 states.
