Michelle is passionate about creating practical, scalable strategies that improve organizational performance while enhancing the resident experience. Michelle Curnow is a dynamic sales and brand leader with over two decades of experience driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strategic pathways for operational excellence. As the Senior Vice President of Sales and Brand, Michelle oversees the full spectrum of sales process leadership, performance analytics, CRM strategy, and integrated branding initiatives across the organization.

Michelle brings a proven track record of elevating team capability, developing sales playbooks, and fostering a data-informed, customer-centric culture. Her leadership in brand strategy and public relations has fueled occupancy and revenue gains, while positioning Asbury as a mission-driven market leader.

Heather brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, sales, compliance, and marketing in senior health care services. Under her leadership as president, Heather provides oversight of daily operations encompassing strategic, financial, operational, sales and marketing aspects of the company’s multiple properties.

Kaden McKenzie is the Director of Sales at Senior Sign, where he leads business development and drives revenue growth for the Senior Living and Skilled Nursing. He’s passionate about helping operators improve their move-in process, enhancing the experience for both communities and residents. Kaden believes operators deserve software tailored to their unique needs and challenges, and he works to deliver solutions that support their success.

Kaden lives in St. George, Utah, just outside Zion National Park, with his wife Kyndal, their son Kingston, and their dog, Odin. They enjoy trail sports, golf, and soaking up the sun.
