Michelle Curnow is a purpose-driven sales and brand leader with over two decades of experience creating meaningful connections and advancing missions that support vulnerable populations. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Brand at Asbury Communities, she leads with both head and heart while guiding sales strategy, performance analytics, CRM innovation, and integrated brand initiatives that center on people, trust, and long-term relationships.
Michelle’s career began at the New Jersey Sharing Network, where she spent more than a decade building hospital partnerships, championing public health education, and walking alongside patients and families through the organ donation process. That foundation in compassion-driven work continues to inform her leadership in senior living, where she has held both community-based and regional roles supporting residents and families across the eastern United States.Known for elevating teams, building sales playbooks, and cultivating a data-informed yet deeply human culture, Michelle has consistently fueled growth while keeping mission and people at the center. Her leadership in brand strategy and public relations has strengthened Asbury’s voice as a trusted, mission-driven market leader, while her mentoring of future leaders ensures that culture and connection remain a lasting part of the organization’s DNA.
