Josh Allen is a Registered Nurse and the president of Allen Flores Consulting Group. He has over 30 years of experience in senior living, including executive leadership where he has overseen health services, staff development, recruiting, and regulatory compliance.

Josh consults on clinical best practices, risk management and legal cases, including testifying as an expert on assisted living standards of care.

Josh is certified in assisted living nursing by the American Assisted Living Nurses Association. He also serves on the board of directors of the California Assisted Living Association.

Angie Fleenor, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is Chief Clinical Officer at Sinceri Senior Living, where she oversees the clinical, risk & quality, and resident experience departments. A nurse practitioner by training, she brings a clinician's lens to executive decision-making and is a vocal advocate for nursing leadership in senior living. Overseeing both clinical and resident experience functions, Angie works to break down departmental silos, connect clinical, wellness, and engagement data, and identify early signals of resident decline. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Michelle Adam, RN, BSN, BC is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, certification in Gerontology, and more than 25 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and dementia services. She has served in clinical leadership roles including Director of Clinical Services, National Director of Resident Care, and Vice President of Health & Wellness. Michelle specializes in clinical operations, quality improvement, compliance, and team development. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she is passionate about mentoring teams, advancing clinical excellence, and enhancing quality of life for older adults.

Kim Elliott joined Brookdale in July 2014 and has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer since August 2021. She previously served as our Senior Vice President of Clinical Services from July 2014 until August 2021. Elliott has more than 27 years of experience in senior living and has developed a care philosophy based on the importance of individualized care, personal choice and resident independence. Before joining Brookdale, Ms. Elliott served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Quality and Compliance for Centerre Healthcare Corporation and Director of Compliance and Risk Management for Kindred Healthcare. Ms. Elliott received a BSN in nursing from the University of Kentucky and a Master's degree in nursing with a nursing executive specialty from Chamberlain University. She serves on the Argentum Clinical Quality Executive Roundtable, on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Central Florida University School of Nursing, as a member of the Nightingale Society, and as a member of the 2022 Nashville Healthcare Council Fellows cohort.
