Pam Engle

Pam currently serves as the Chief People Officer of New Perspective Senior Living based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. With over twenty-five years' experience in the senior housing industry she's held leadership roles in operations, finance, and HR. In addition to her current HR duties, she also runs point on all insurance programs.
