Faculty Agenda

Benjamin Podsiadlo is a veteran EMS leader based in Massachusetts with over three decades of experience as an urban 911 paramedic, EMS chief, and emergency-management director. He currently serves as the Vice President of the International Association of EMS Chiefs (IAEMSC). Over his career he’s responded to hundreds of major incidents, disasters, and mass-casualty events; led system-wide enhancements in trauma, cardiac, stroke, HazMat, tactical medicine and pandemic response; and as a current board member of IAEMSC, worked to shape public-policy and cross-disciplinary coordination across EMS, public health, and homeland-security systems.
