Dr. Tracey Long has been a registered nurse for 40 years, with experience in critical care, emergency medicine, primary care, and endocrinology. She holds degrees in nursing, Spanish, public health, and a PhD in Nursing Education and Leadership. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Professor at Western Governor's University and has been a been a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist for 25 years. Through her nonprofit, Bridges for Health, she leads global medical missions. She is a published author of children’s health books and professional articles. She and her husband have six children who inspire her to focus on what matters most in life.
