LT TC Byrne is currently an anesthesia resident at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. He is a prior Special Operations SEAL medic, who served as the lead petty officer at the SEAL Special Operations Tactical Medic School in Stennis, MS before attending Tulane medical school. Additionally, he is a former NREMT Paramedic and military medic lesion with New Orleans EMS.
