Starting as a Firefighter/EMT, Garcia's adeptness and compassion propelled him to a Paramedic instructor role, shaping future EMS professionals. His ascent within PBCFR culminated in the position of Captain. Currently working under the Medical Services Division to ensure top-tier care standards.
