Bryan Baucom is the Chief Information Officer for Centerstone, the nation’s largest nonprofit behavioral health system. He provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization’s enterprise technology functions, including IT infrastructure, Help Desk operations, business applications, data analytics, electronic health records (EHR), and cybersecurity. Baucom is responsible for aligning technology strategy with organizational priorities, strengthening system reliability and security, and equipping teams with the tools and data needed to support high-quality care and operational excellence.

Baucom brings nearly 20 years of healthcare IT leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief Information Officer at Brightli. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of Information Technology Services at Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he led a team of more than 90 IT professionals and successfully completed a $60 million EHR implementation. His career also includes leadership roles supporting large-scale healthcare and retail health operations, with deep expertise in digital transformation, analytics, and enterprise systems strategy.

Baucom holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in healthcare administration from Oklahoma City University and two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in management information systems and marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
