Rate
The room rate for 2027 will be the prevailing government per diem rate for Nashville during this time period. Government per diem rates are generally set by October 1 of the previous year.

Deadline to Reserve Guest Rooms
The room block will remain available until Monday, March 1, 2027, or until the block has been filled.
