Hunter Mefford

Hunter Mefford is Co-Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Recovery Systems (ARS), where he oversees all marketing, technology, and human resources across the organization. Since joining the company in 2015, Hunter has built ARS’s marketing platform into one that has educated millions worldwide on behavioral health issues, generating thousands of published articles, videos, and educational materials featured in outlets including the BBC, NBC News, Fox News, and the Washington Post. He also led the 2021 launch of Nobu, a mental health and wellness app. Before ARS, Hunter held marketing and operations leadership roles at Southern Careers Institute, Delta Career Education, firstSTREET, and Circuit City. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
