Gabe Szczepanek is the Co-Founder and CTO of Ritten, an AI-native EMR and revenue cycle platform purpose-built for behavioral health providers.

With a background in biomedical engineering and experience modernizing legacy systems in government and fintech environments, Gabe specializes in transforming complex, highly regulated software ecosystems into modern, scalable platforms. At Ritten, he leads engineering and product architecture, overseeing the development of AI-driven tools that reduce documentation burden, improve compliance accuracy, and unlock operational insight across the behavioral health continuum of care.

Under his technical leadership, Ritten has evolved from a modernized EMR foundation into an AI-augmented platform featuring intelligent documentation support, compliance analysis, and natural-language data querying. Gabe is particularly focused on ensuring that AI enhances — rather than replaces — clinical expertise, keeping consequential decision-making in the hands of trained professionals while eliminating administrative friction.

He is based in Philadelphia, where Ritten was founded.
