Geoff Nudd is the CEO and Co-Founder of Anonymous Health, an enterprise AI platform transforming behavioral healthcare delivery. In partnership with Dr. Angie Chen, National Medical Director and Clinical Professor of Addiction Medicine at Stanford University, Geoff helped pioneer the world’s first AI Therapist Assistant within a broader AI Hybrid Care Model serving thousands of low-income patients struggling with substance use disorders.

Under their leadership, Anonymous Health demonstrated that AI-enabled hybrid care delivers significantly better outcomes, including expanded patient access and step-in admissions rates, higher successful transitions from acute to community-based settings, longer time-in-treatment, and stronger longitudinal recovery outcomes. Today, Anonymous Health works with many of the world's largest behavioral health organizations to leverage AI to support both clinical and operational performance.

Prior to Anonymous Health, Geoff co-founded ClearCare, which became the system of record for more than 4,000 home care enterprises employing over one million caregivers. ClearCare also pioneered healthcare’s first “Connected Networks,” creating new levels of transparency and coordination across organizational boundaries. Its Care Coordination platform now supports over one-third of U.S. home and community-based providers and millions of clinicians.
