Nick Myers is the Director of AI Innovation at Recovery.com, a growth-stage startup in Madison, WI, that helps individuals quickly connect with the right treatment options. He joined Recovery.com following its 2025 acquisition of RedFox AI, the award-winning healthcare AI startup he co-founded, which developed AI-powered training and support tools for home lab testing and medical devices.
Nick serves on the boards of the Wisconsin Technology Council, advising the Wisconsin Governor and Legislature on science and technology policy, and 100State, Madison’s oldest startup hub. He is also a nationally recognized Advocate with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, meeting regularly with lawmakers in Washington, D.C., to champion blood cancer research and patient support. Previously, he held a leadership role in the Open Voice Network, part of The Linux Foundation, advancing data privacy standards for conversational AI.
Since 2017, Nick has been a prominent voice in the AI industry, delivering TEDx and international keynote talks on AI, conversational technology, and data privacy worldwide. He has been recognized with In Business Madison’s 40 Under 40 and Best of Madison Business awards, and his work has been featured in PR Daily, the Journal of Digital and Social Media Marketing, the Wisconsin State Journal, and other outlets.
Nick holds a B.S. in Communication and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and a certificate in Open Innovation from Harvard Business School.
