Tyka Williams

With more than 20 years in community mental health, Tyka has served Centerstone as a case manager, supervisor, and now Technical Project Manager. Her direct-service background gives her a grounded understanding of the day-to-day realities facing clinical teams. As part of the Centerstone Institute—and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)—she has successfully managed dozens of grants, contracts, and enterprise-wide initiatives. In her current role, Tyka oversees cross-departmental project portfolios; supports strategic planning and capacity forecasting; and identifies, escalates, and mitigates organizational risks. She ensures teams follow clear processes and deliver projects on time and within scope, aligned with organizational priorities.
