Signa Meyers, LPC, ICS, is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Rogers Behavioral Health, dedicated to leveraging technology and strategic innovation to revolutionize access to behavioral health.
Signa leads critical initiatives that merge clinical excellence with cutting-edge technology. Her work has been instrumental in the system-wide advancement of telehealth and outpatient services, ensuring successful integration across all Rogers locations. A key focus is optimizing care delivery through partnerships with AI innovators, specifically aimed at reducing clinician burden and accelerating patient access pathways—including her previous oversight of the admissions department. Signa is strategically aligning these services with future-focused, scalable models.
Prior to this role, she served as Vice President of Operations, managing the growth and transitions of multiple clinics across several states, demonstrating her proven ability to execute large-scale strategic change.
Signa joined Rogers in 2017, quickly moving from Director of Operations to Executive Director, spearheading significant clinic expansions and transitions. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Lakeland University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine.
