Shubha Bhat, PharmD, MS, FCCP, BCACP is a Clinical Pharmacist in the Digestive Disease & Surgery Institute at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Bhat received her undergraduate and pharmacy degrees from Northeastern University. She completed her post-graduate clinical pharmacy training at Boston Medical Center, University of Illinois at Chicago, and University of Colorado. In her current practice, Dr. Bhat provides medication education, monitors medication outcomes, manages adverse effects, and coordinates health maintenance needs for patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Dr. Bhat's research focus is on IBD medication access, adoption, and outcomes. She is also involved with the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and South Asian IBD Alliance and serves on several committees.
