These high performers have made exceptional and significant contributions to the fight to overcome IBD and have met challenges with novel approaches that serve as a lasting inspiration to others.

Founders Bruce and Cynthia Sherman created the Sherman Prize in 2016 to recognize and elevate great achievements.  By championing excellence and spreading awareness, innovation and inspiration, they hope to create a ripple effect that fosters greater advances in the field that can lead to cures.
