Mon May 3

8:00 - 9:00 AM (CST)

Registration & Arrival

The summit starts the moment you walk in. Check in, settle, and get your bearings over good coffee as the arrival lounges open around you. It is the calm, well run front door of an event built for people who guard their time.
Monday, May 03 8:00–9:00 AM

9:00 - 9:45 AM (CST)

Keynote: The Architecture of Revenue

One number opens the summit, and almost no one in the room can prove theirs. The Architecture of Revenue lays out the idea the next two days are built on: the revenue a full building should produce is decided in six places at once, and no single leader ever sees the whole picture. You answer the opening poll live, watch the room’s real spread appear on screen, and take the simple ground rules that keep two days of candid, senior conversation both sharp and safe. It is the frame that turns four working blocks into one build.
A few minutes to land, refill the coffee, and trade first reads with the peers you will be building with for two days. The Solution Partner lounges are open throughout, staffed by the people who work these revenue questions for a living.
Monday, May 03 9:00–9:45 AM

9:45 - 10:30 AM (CST)

Networking & Coffee Break

Coffee, and the first real conversations. You have just seen where the room stands; now compare notes before the work begins. The lounges stay open, and the people who solve these problems across dozens of organizations are close by.
Monday, May 03 9:45–10:30 AM

10:30 - 12:30 PM (CST)

Working Group 1: Revenue Durability

Keeping residents longer
Full buildings are the starting line. The advantage now belongs to the organizations that turn occupancy into revenue that recurs and doesn’t disappear through the back door after three months: the durable, financeable base the market rewards with a premium and marks down the moment it churns. It is the highest quality revenue you own, and the one almost no one revenue holder manages on purpose. In the first and longest block of the summit, the owners of every side of it work one problem in one room: sales, marketing, operations, care, finance, and capital, each testing their own durability against the room and leaving with the move that widens the lead. This block also teaches the rhythm every block that follows will run on.
The working question:
Where are we losing revenue we should have kept, and what has to change across the organization to keep more of it? You leave with shared strategies that can be done. Now and be sustained.
Monday, May 03 10:30–12:30 PM

12:30 - 1:30 PM (CST)

Lunch

Lunch is a real break. Sit where you like, eat well, and keep the conversation going with a room full of people who each own a piece of the same number.
Monday, May 03 12:30–1:30 PM

1:30 - 3:30 PM (CST)

Working Group 2: Pricing Power Playbook

Pricing smarter, not just raising the rate
Pricing power is the line between a commodity and a franchise, and the market pays a premium for the organizations that have it. The real question is whether you are charging what your residents would genuinely pay for the right things. Sales, marketing, operations, care, finance, and capital each hold a piece of that answer, and here they price with a scalpel: the incoming resident, the care level, the package you have never built, rather than one flat increase across the board. This is the block where sales and marketing finally sit at the revenue table with customers insights no-one else has.
The working question:
Where have we earned greater pricing power, and what is stopping us from turning it into revenue? You leave with new ideas for pricing what you already have and what can easily be turned into separate and revenue ready packages.
Monday, May 03 1:30–3:30 PM

3:30 - 4:15 PM (CST)

Networking Break

A genuine pause before the day’s finale. Refill, regroup, and let the day’s moves settle. The lounges are open, and the arguments from the tables tend to carry straight into this room.
Monday, May 03 3:30–4:15 PM

4:15 - 5:15 PM (CST)

The Marquee

Day 1 close · a featured voice, moderated
The day closes on one stage and one big conversation. A featured voice with a wide read on the market sits for a moderated exchange on where revenue growth comes from next, and what the capital that buys and backs these portfolios is watching for. It is the wide angle view after a day spent deep in the details: current, a little provocative, and worth staying in your seat for.
Monday, May 03 4:15–5:15 PM

5:15 - 6:15 PM (CST)

Welcome Reception

Nashville, off the clock
The day winds down the way it should. Great music, the food this town is known for, a good drink in hand, and a city built for a great night out. And the conversation is every bit as good as the day was: end-of-day chatter loosening into big ideas you never walked in expecting, revenue still the talk of the town, all with the sharpest revenue minds in senior living. The kind of night you fly in for.
Monday, May 03 5:15–6:15 PM

Tue May 4

7:30 - 8:30 AM (CST)

Breakfast & Networking

Day two starts easy. Come and go over breakfast, find the people you missed, and get set for the two blocks that put the most new revenue on the table.
Tuesday, May 04 7:30–8:30 AM

8:30 - 10:15 AM (CST)

Working Group 3: RevPOR Expansion

Charging for what you already do
This is the highest return revenue in the building, because the building is already built. Everything you already own, deliver, or staff and have never charged for: the care you provide but do not bill, the space you give away, the services and partnerships you have never priced. No new construction and no new capital, just revenue per room you are leaving on the table today. It is the block where capital leans in, because this is the growth that reaches the asset fastest.
The working question:
What value are we already creating, or uniquely positioned to create, that has not yet become revenue? You leave with One thing you already own that you could monetize, and what it is worth at portfolio scale.
Tuesday, May 04 8:30–10:15 AM

10:15 - 11:00 AM (CST)

Networking Break

A real break between the two Tuesday blocks. Coffee, the lounges, and a chance to compare the morning’s numbers before the block that asks for the most candor.
Tuesday, May 04 10:15–11:00 AM

11:00 - 12:30 PM (CST)

Working Group 4: Revenue Integrity

Holding the price you set
The last block is the one nobody likes to say out loud, which is exactly why it comes last, after the room has earned its trust. Every discount to close a deal, every fee quietly waived, every dollar billed and never collected is revenue that was already yours and walked out the door. Sales, marketing, operations, care, finance, and capital follow the money from the rate you set to the dollars you actually keep, and name the quiet leaks in between. Counsel reviews this block in advance, so the room can be fully candid and stay well on the right side of the line.
The working question:
Where does our revenue lose value between the rate we set and the dollars we realize, and what has to change to close the gap? You leave with The leak between your rate card and the final revenue number that you will fix first.
Tuesday, May 04 11:00–12:30 PM

12:30 - 1:15 PM (CST)

Lunch

Family style
Lunch, family style, with shared plates at the table. The last real meal of the summit is a good one, and a final chance to trade the moves you are taking home before the room reads its own scoreboard.
