If so this session is for you!
Join us as we will explore tips on creating successful family care partnerships, specifically navigating conversations when memory care support is needed.
We will also identify when it is important to listen vs educate and what education should look like for families. We will talk about the importance of using the right words and the impact on our associates and families when using the wrong words. Lastly, attendees will observe and review a role play that demonstrates common family conversation challenges and strategies for success.
