How to Properly Navigate All Facets of a Contracted Project in Memory Care Communities

Memory care is in a class of it's own and needs to be treated that way by all 3rd party contractors, suppliers, and vendors. Understanding the different dynamics that are present in a memory care unit is critical to prevent detrimental challenges throughout the process. Proper planning, vetting, and executing must happen 100% of the time, in particular when it comes to safety. There are countless opportunities for something to go wrong when bringing in uninformed and under-prepared 3rd party contractors through the memory care doors. Our goal coming out of this session is that the audience is better prepared on things to look out for when they're vetting and deciding on who they're going to be bringing into their building. Through the experiences that Eric Skedel and I have went through together, and individually, we feel that we can positively impact upcoming projects in the memory care space.
