Senior care leaders are making critical decisions in the face of workforce shortages, shifting demographics, and changing family expectations — often without fresh data to guide them. To close this gap, RaisedCare, in partnership with the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, has conducted a new multi-stakeholder study: The State of Senior Care 2026.

This research brings together the perspectives of facility directors, care providers, seniors, and family decision-makers to reveal how demographic shifts, staffing realities, and brand trust are shaping occupancy and growth.

Attendees will learn where families start their search, what derails admissions, how providers are navigating staffing and compliance pressures, and where technology adoption is lagging. Benchmarks and case examples will be shared, including indices on trust, transparency, and tech maturity. Leaders will leave with actionable strategies to strengthen reputation, improve lead conversion, and align growth strategies with tomorrow’s expectations.

Learning Objectives

•Review emerging demographic and workforce trends shaping senior care through 2026, and assess their implications for occupancy, service models, and growth planning.

•Learn how to evaluate organizational performance against new industry benchmarks, to identify gaps and opportunities within participants’ own operations.

•Apply data-driven strategies to strengthen brand trust and improve lead conversion, using real-world case examples.
