Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations
Please be aware that Psych Congress PA Institute does not sell or distribute Psych Congress PA Institute attendee lists to any third-party vendor.  If you have been approached by a third-party vendor to purchase a Psych Congress PA Institute conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a Psych Congress PA Institute attendee list, please report them to Tara Fields at tfields@hmpglobal.com. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders.  We send them cease and desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on proper handling of these requests.

Is my booth furnished?
No - Electrical, furniture, carpeting, etc. are not included.

What is included with my booth?

• Backwall and sidewall drapes (excludes island booths)
• Identification sign with your company name (excludes island booths)

How can I order badges?
Exhibitors do not have limitations on the number of exhibitor badges required to staff your booth. Exhibitor badges only allow access into the Exhibit Hall. During Exhibit Hall hours, installation, and dismantling (I&D) staff are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall unless they remain within the confines of your booth.

As an exhibitor, can I attend educational sessions outsides of the exhibit hall?
To attend educational sessions, Industry partners participating as an exhibitor/sponsor qualify for a discounted rate of $999 for Full Access Sponsor / Exhibitor. $1999 for Non-Sponsor Industry. Note: Full Conference Access does not include Preconference sessions. These must be purchased separately.

Are children allowed in the Exhibit Hall and/or sessions?
Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 and/or guests be allowed at the conference. Due to limited seating capacity and the highly technical nature of the programs, children under the age of 18 and/or guests are not invited to attend presentations.
