Any exhibitor block of ten or more rooms on peak is considered a sub-block and is subject to the following policy:

Exhibitors seeking a sub-block will pay a nonrefundable deposit equal to two nights’ room and tax per room at the time their block is confirmed. Full prepayment for the block is due on or before Friday, October 16, 2026. A final rooming list including full names of attendees, arrival and departure dates, and emails is due on or before Thursday, November 12, 2026. Cancellations made after November 11 will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all room and tax fees. To set up an exhibitor block or rooms, please contact Sean Hewitt at shewitt@hmpglobal.com

You may receive solicitations from individuals or agencies offering guest room reservations (often at reduced rates) on behalf of HMP Global and/or Psych Congress PA Institute or even the host hotel.

Please be aware that HMP Global, the Psych Congress PA Institute, and the hotel have NOT authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic and may offer lower rates; however, they are often illegitimate.
