20 min
Sunday, September 27, 2026
3:30 PM - 3:50 PM
This session will explore first-line treatment strategies for advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer, examining whether chemo-immunotherapy should be broadly applied or tailored based on molecular subtype. Faculty will review key clinical trial data, including outcomes by mismatch repair status, and discuss biomarker-driven decision-making, toxicity considerations, and real-world implementation. Participants will gain practical insight into optimizing treatment selection in a rapidly evolving landscape. This discussion will support chemo-immunotherapy as a new standard across patient populations. Faculty will highlight pivotal trials demonstrating improved outcomes with the addition of immunotherapy to chemotherapy, regardless of mismatch repair status, and discuss durability of benefit, safety, and ease of implementation in routine practice.
