What kind of software is required to view on-demand sessions?

Our virtual sessions offer a fully online experience. For on-demand content, participants need only a computer, laptop, or smartphone and an internet connection.

How do I claim credit for sessions I have completed?

Claim your credits within the virtual platform! From the main menu, select Accreditation and then the Claim Credits button. Log in using your email and badge ID number and follow the steps below:  

1. Complete the evaluations of the sessions you completed.

2. Complete the Conference General Survey to unlock your certificate. 

3. Select the type of credit certificate that you need from the drop-down list (CME, CNE, etc.).

4. Download/Print your certificate(s) of credit. If you require multiple certificates, repeat step. Keep your certificate(s) of credit for your records. You will not receive certificate(s) by mail.
