This session outlines best practices in interdisciplinary communication, including tools like bedside rounds and structured goal sheets. Faculty will address workflow disruptions and how APPs can mitigate them to support optimal team performance. Attendees will develop skills to strengthen care integration and improve patient safety in complex clinical settings.
