    • What is the deposit/ guarantee policy for this event?

      All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Deposits are refundable if your reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Beware-of-Hotel-Reservations-Scams

    • What if I am contacted by someone offering lower rates or urging me to book immediately?

      You may receive solicitations from individuals or agencies offering guest room reservations (often at reduced rates) on behalf of HMP Global and/or the conference itself or even the host hotel(s).

      Please be aware that neither HMP Global nor the hotel have authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic and may offer lower rates, however, they are often illegitimate.
