Shannon Riberdy

Shannon Riberdy is the President of Bickford Senior Living and has been part of the organization for 19 years, serving in a variety of operational and sales leadership roles. She is a champion of Bickford’s Higher Path Senior Health Model, which uses a collaborative interdisciplinary team approach and data-driven outcomes to improve quality of life for seniors and extend their length of stay.

Prior to joining Bickford, Shannon was a Certified Montessori Educator and taught for 13 years. Her Montessori roots continue to influence her work today, fueling a passion for bringing Montessori philosophy to the forefront of senior living—particularly in supporting residents living with dementia.
