The Value of Partnership

For senior living owners and operators, selecting the right therapy partner can significantly impact resident outcomes, occupancy, retention, and overall community performance. But how do you determine whether home health or onsite outpatient therapy is the better fit?

This session explores the operational and clinical advantages of each model, helping leaders understand the implications for resident care, staff collaboration, and financial performance. Learn how strong therapy partnerships can support aging in place, reduce falls and hospitalizations, improve resident independence, and enhance the overall resident experience.

Participants will also discover how leading providers use technology, clinical interventions, and data-driven collaboration to improve outcomes and measure success using meaningful, comparable metrics. Through the perspective of an operator who successfully implemented a collaborative therapy strategy, attendees will gain practical insights into evaluating provider partnerships and leveraging therapy services as a competitive advantage for their communities.

Join us to learn how the right therapy partnership can strengthen resident outcomes while supporting your community's growth and long-term success.
