Danielle Morgan

Danielle Morgan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Clearwater Living an owner, operator, and developer in the western United States. With more than 30 years of experience in senior living, Ms. Morgan oversees the expansion of the company’s operations, including strategic initiatives and growth opportunities, and maintains a thriving culture for its team members.

Ms. Morgan has a proven track record in all aspects of senior living, including operations, budget management, sales and marketing, and human resources. She is known for her strategic planning, enthusiastic leadership, skillfulness in community acquisitions, and ability to increase the bottom line.

Since joining Clearwater in 2017, Morgan has worked to help provide strategic leadership and implement long-term growth strategies, while ensuring that Clearwater stays true to its vision of providing seniors with exceptional living experiences. Clearwater operates 16 communities across 5 states with a strong development pipeline in key markets.

Throughout her career, Morgan has held numerous leadership roles. Before joining Clearwater in 2017 as President and COO, Ms. Morgan served as Chief Operations Officer of MBK Senior Living for 10 years where she was responsible for day-to-day operations was pivotal in promoting the company’s culture through strong relationships with customers, team members, and professional sources.

Danielle serves on the board of directors for Argentum, California Assisted Living Association, and American Senior Housing Association.
She holds a bachelor's degree in long-term health care administration from Ohio University and an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
