Jason Speaks

Has served as Executive Director of LeadingAge Illinois since January, 2026 and was previously Director of Government Relations. Jason has been with the associaition for 20 years representing the interests of members before regulators and the Illinois General Assembly. In his current role, he is still responsible for government relations in addition to membership, communications, and marketing. He is also the Executive Director of the Illinois Adult Day Services Association (IADSA). Before the association, he served as a Policy Advisor on Senior Issues and Disability Rights at the Illinois Attorney General's Office.
