Amber Pintar

Amber Pintar is the National Director of Clinical Services and Nutrition Management at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. For more than 17 years, she has been passionate about helping older adults live healthier, happier lives through improved nutrition.

In her role, Amber leads a nationwide team of more than 700 Registered Dietitians and Dietetic Technicians, guiding them to partner with interdisciplinary teams and develop care plans that make a difference in residents’ health and well-being. She also oversees menu development and works to ensure every community has the tools and resources to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences. Beyond her operational leadership, she collaborates with HCSG’s training team as a subject matter expert, helping design meaningful food service training for both dining operators and clinicians.

A registered and licensed dietitian, Amber is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from West Chester University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Bowling Green State University. When not working, you’ll likely find Amber spending time with her husband and their three children.
