Mervin Magbuhat

Mervin A. Magbuhat is the official representative of the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA). He has extensive experience in international engagement, corporate planning, and client relations. He earned his master's degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy at MCU in Taiwan and currently serves as the Head of the TECO Scholars Association for academics and cultural exchange. Mervin serves as the Head of the Corporate Planning Division and the Correspondent office of PRA in Shenzhen, China. He currently heads the Client Relations and Program Development Division of PRA, leading initiatives focused on stakeholders' engagement, benefits, and services of the Foreign Retiree.
